How to Measure
- Preparation: For the most accurate results, we recommend measuring in the evening, as feet and body measurements can fluctuate slightly throughout the day. Wear minimal clothing and ensure you are using a flexible measuring tape.
- Chest/Bust: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust. Ensure the tape remains perfectly horizontal around your torso to avoid skewed results.
- Waist: Locate your natural waistline, which is the narrowest part of your torso. Wrap the tape around this area, keeping it snug but not constricting.
- Hips: Measure around the widest and fullest part of your hips. This is typically located approximately 20cm below your waistline.
- Foot Length: Place a piece of paper against a flat wall. Stand on the paper with your heel against the wall and trace your foot. Measure from the back of the heel to the tip of your longest toe.
- Foot Width: Measure the widest part of your foot, which is usually across the ball of the foot, to ensure proper width selection in our active footwear.

- The "Rule of Thumb" for Footwear: When measuring for our active footwear, we recommend adding 1-1.5cm of extra space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe to accommodate foot swelling and toe movement.
- Consider Your Socks: Always perform your measurements and try on footwear while wearing the specific athletic socks you intend to use with your Carifit gear.
- Check Both Feet: It is common for one foot to be slightly larger than the other. Always base your footwear selection on the measurement of your larger foot.
