How to Measure

1. Prepare your tools: Obtain a soft measuring tape and a flat surface. For footwear, a plain sheet of paper and a pencil are required.
2. Measuring Foot Length: Place the paper against a wall. Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe with a pencil. Measure the distance from the edge of the paper to the mark in centimetres.
3. Measuring the Chest: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and snug but not tight.
4. Measuring the Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, which is the narrowest part of your torso, just above the navel.
5. Measuring the Hips: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
6. Consistency is Key: Always measure both feet, as they may differ in size, and always use the larger measurement for your selection.
