How to Measure

1. Chest: Wear a fitted t-shirt and measure across the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.

3. Thigh: Measure around the fullest part of your thigh, approximately 5 cm below the crotch seam, with the tape held firmly.
4. Hem: Measure the circumference of your leg at the ankle opening where the jean ends.
5. Rise (Front and Back): Measure from the top of the waistband down to the crotch seam (front rise) and from the top of the waistband down the back to the lowest point of the seat (back rise).
6. Inseam: Measure from the inside of the crotch seam down to the ankle, or from your natural waist to the top of your shoe heel for an external measurement.
7. Shoulder Width: For shirts, measure across the back from shoulder bone to shoulder bone.
8. Shirt Length: Measure from the shoulder seam down the centre back to the desired hem length.
