How to Measure
To ensure the most accurate fit for your EzeGlide products, we recommend measuring yourself or the person you are shopping for using a flexible measuring tape. For the most precise results, please follow these step-by-step instructions:
- Chest: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, ensuring the tape remains horizontal and level across your back. Do not pull the tape too tightly; allow enough room for comfortable breathing.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, which is typically the narrowest part of your torso, located just above the navel. Ensure the tape is snug but not constricting.
- Hips: Stand with your feet together and wrap the tape around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. This is crucial for ensuring trousers and skirts provide the intended silhouette.
- Inside Leg: To measure your inseam, measure from the highest point of your inner thigh down to the point where you want the garment to end (e.g., at the ankle). For trousers, it is often better to have them slightly long than too short.
- Foot Length: Place your foot flat on a piece of paper with your heel against a wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe. Measure the distance from the edge of the paper to the mark in centimetres to find your true foot length.
- Foot Width: For footwear, measure the widest part of your foot across the ball area. This helps in determining if a wider fit (G or H) might be more appropriate for your foot shape.

Product-Specific Guidance
Performance Activewear: Our compression-based activewear is designed to sit close to the skin to support muscle stability. If you prefer a more relaxed, non-compressive fit for yoga or low-impact activities, we recommend selecting one size larger than your standard measurement.
Casual Outerwear: For jackets and hoodies, consider your layering needs. If you intend to wear heavy knits underneath, please size up to ensure the garment maintains its intended silhouette and does not restrict arm movement.
Athletic Footwear: When selecting trainers, remember that feet tend to expand during prolonged activity or in warmer climates. We suggest checking your foot length in the evening to ensure there is approximately 0.5cm of clearance at the toe box.
Sizing Tips
- Measure in the Evening: Always measure your feet towards the end of the day, as feet naturally swell after hours of walking and standing.
- Consider Width: If you find standard footwear tight across the midfoot, look for our wider-fit options or consider sizing up to accommodate a broader foot shape.
- Check the Last: Every shoe is built on a 'last' (a foot-shaped mould). EzeGlide lasts are designed for a standard athletic profile; if you have a particularly narrow or wide foot, refer to our width guide.
- Layering Matters: When measuring for tops and jackets, always account for the thickness of the garments you plan to wear underneath.
- Use a Flexible Tape: Never use a metal construction tape for body measurements, as they do not contour to the body and will provide inaccurate, larger readings.
- Consistency is Key: Use the same measuring tool and method for every purchase to maintain a consistent sizing profile across our entire international range.
