How to Measure
- Foot Length: Place your heel firmly against a flat surface such as a wall. Using a ruler, measure the distance from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe. For safety footwear, always measure in the evening when your feet are at their largest.
- Chest Circumference: Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, ensuring the tape remains horizontal and does not pull too tightly.
- Waist Circumference: Measure around your natural waistline, which is the narrowest part of your torso, just above the hips.
- Hip Circumference: Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks to ensure adequate mobility in work trousers.
- Foot Width: For safety boots, measure the widest part of your forefoot to determine if a wider width (e.g., E or EE) is required for your foot shape.

We recommend a slightly more generous fit in the toe box to ensure that the protective steel or composite cap does not compress your toes during heavy impact or downward pressure. High-Visibility & Workwear: Our workwear is designed for layering.
