How to Measure

Follow these steps to determine your correct Salomon size:

Chest/Bust Measurement: Wear a normal t-shirt or base layer. Wrap a soft measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground. The tape should be snug but not tight. Take the measurement and note it in both centimetres and inches.
Waist Measurement: Measure around your natural waist (the narrowest part of your torso), usually just above your hip bones. Keep the measuring tape comfortable and straight, not pulled tight.
Hip Measurement: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom. Ensure the tape is level all the way around.
Arm Length: For jackets and tops, extend one arm out to the side and measure from the centre back of your neck, along your shoulder, down to your wrist with your arm bent at approximately 90 degrees.
Inseam/Length: For trousers, measure from your crotch down to your ankle, keeping the measuring tape on the inside of your leg. Alternatively, measure the inseam of a pair of trousers that fit you well.
Compare Your Measurements: Check your measurements against the size charts below. If you fall between two sizes, consider the fit type and your intended use. For active pursuits requiring layers, choose the larger size.

The Mondopoint size represents the internal length of the boot liner measured in centimetres. This system provides exceptional precision and consistency across all Salomon footwear.
