sloggi Size Guide

How to Measure
For Bras:
- Measure your underbust (band size) by wrapping a soft fabric tape measure snugly around your ribcage directly under your breasts. Keep the tape level and breathe normally. Round to the nearest even inch for UK sizing (e.g. 34, 36) or to the nearest centimetre for metric.
- Measure your bust by wrapping the tape around the fullest part of your chest at nipple level. Keep the tape straight and parallel to the floor; avoid pulling too tight and relax your arms naturally by your sides.
- Calculate your cup size by finding the difference between your bust and underbust measurements. Each inch (or 2.5 cm) of difference equals one cup size.
- Verify the fit by checking that your breasts sit fully inside the cups without bulging or overflow, the underwire (if present) lies flat against your chest, and the band sits level without riding up at the back.
- Ensure straps rest comfortably on your shoulders without digging in or slipping off.
For Briefs and Knickers:
- Measure your waist at the smallest point using a soft fabric tape measure. Keep the tape taught but do not let it dig into your skin.
- Measure your hips at the widest point in centimetres with a flexible tape measure.
- Record both measurements and refer to the brief size chart below to determine your size.

Sizing Tips
- Always measure yourself using a soft fabric tape measure, never a metal one. Have someone help you for greater accuracy.
- When measuring, ensure the tape is taught but does not dig into your skin or chest. Breathe normally throughout.
- If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size for comfort.
- sloggi briefs and bras should fit snugly but comfortably. Your band should sit level and not ride up at the back; you should be able to fit two fingers comfortably under the band.
- Cup fit is essential: your breasts should sit fully contained within the cups without bulging at the top or sides, and without wrinkling or gaps in the fabric.
- Straps should rest flat on your shoulders without digging in or slipping off. If straps dig in, your cups may be too small; if they slip off, try a smaller cup size.
- All sloggi underwear is machine washable. Wash in cool water (30°C maximum) on a gentle cycle, separating by colour. Hand-washing bras will extend their lifespan. Always air dry to preserve the fabric and fit.
- New sloggi items should be washed separately before first wear, as colours may run initially.
