- For Chest (Clothing): Wearing a fitted (non-stretchy) garment, wrap a soft measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground. Do not pull the tape tight; it should sit comfortably with a finger's width of space.
- For Waist (Clothing): Measure around your natural waistline at the point where your body creases when you bend slightly forward, or where you typically wear your trousers. Keep the tape relaxed and level.
- For Hips (Clothing): Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level and comfortable.
